Just so long as someone brings peanut butter crackers.

I told mama this morning that our grey cat, Irene, has been missing for the past two days. Mama sarcastically remarked, (because she thinks it's too good to be true that Irene is missing - she's never liked her-) that we'd better prepare for her funeral.

AnnMarie, who was quite frustrated with our slowness in producing her breakfast of peanut butter crackers, mumbled under her breath, "Maybe there will be crackers at the funeral."

AnnMarie is 14, but she has a genetic disorder and is autistic, so obviously she's a lot different from normal 14 year olds.

I'm pretty sure I was even more like that when I was little, Tacy. :)

tell mama maybe Irene is just "getting more kitties" somewhere!

No, she isn't. You can very much tell when she's expecting, and she hasn't been.

It's been a pretty long time. I'm afraid we've seen the last of Irene Adler. Maybe she was so shocked by how they used her namesake in the new, horrible movie that she died of horror.

I didn't even see the movie - just the trailer, and that was enough for me. Abominable liberties they did take with it!
